TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE


This policy applies to all customers of Top Line Luxury Auto Service, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). It governs your use of our services and explains how we collect, use, and protect your information, as well as your consent to receive communications.

 TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

 By authorizing service, you agree to approve repairs, pay charges upon completion, and acknowledge that services are provided according to industry standards.

-  Estimates may change upon further inspection. Additional approval will be requested before extra work.

-  Payment is due upon completion. Unpaid balances may incur fees or collections.

-  We reserve the right to assert a mechanic’s lien under Arkansas law for unpaid services.

-  Vehicles left beyond a reasonable time may incur storage fees and may be treated as abandoned under Arkansas law.

Warranty on Parts and Labor

 Parts Warranty:

Any parts installed by Top Line Luxury Auto Service, LLC may be covered solely by the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable. We do not manufacture parts and therefore do not provide any independent warranty on parts beyond what is offered by the manufacturer.

Labor Warranty:

 We may, at our discretion, provide a limited warranty on labor performed. Any such warranty will be clearly stated in writing on your invoice. If no written labor warranty is provided, all labor is performed 'as-is' with no warranty expressed or implied.

Warranty Limitations:

-  Normal wear and tear

-  Customer-supplied parts

-  Pre-existing conditions

-  Failures unrelated to the original repair

-  Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or external factors

No Guarantee of Future Performance:

 Automotive systems are complex, and repairs do not guarantee that other components will not fail. We are not responsible for subsequent failures outside the scope of the original repair.

Exclusive Remedy:

 If a valid warranty claim exists, our sole obligation shall be, at our discretion, repairing the issue or replacing the defective part. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including loss of vehicle use.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Disputes shall be handled in Garland County, Arkansas.

POLICY UPDATES

 We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
